Use at least 12-16 characters for strong WiFi passwords
Include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
Avoid dictionary words, personal information, or common patterns
Change your WiFi password every 3-6 months
Use WPA3 encryption if your router supports it

📶 Network Security

Disable WPS (WiFi Protected Setup) on your router
Use a unique network name (SSID) that doesn't reveal router brand
Enable MAC address filtering for additional security
Keep your router firmware updated regularly
Consider creating a guest network for visitors

⚠️ Common Mistakes to Avoid

Don't use default passwords that came with your router
Don't share your WiFi password on social media
Don't use the same password for WiFi and other accounts
Don't leave your network unsecured or use WEP encryption

🎯 Step 1: Choose Settings

Select password length (8-50 characters) and choose which character types to include. For WiFi passwords, we recommend at least 16 characters.
