Gas Mark 1+ (Formula):
Gas Mark ≈ (Fahrenheit - 250) ÷ 25
Fahrenheit ≈ (Gas Mark × 25) + 250

Gas Mark < 1 (Lookup Table):
Gas 1/4 = 110°C/230°F, Gas 1/2 = 125°C/257°F
